Bounding XX
Twenty serious skiers joined in on the 1st real bounding session of the year. Warm conditions, 70 degrees and falling insured a headiful dose of sweat. We had a great physical effort and some modest technical improvements. Technique improvement will come but we are trying to nip any transgressions in the bud. To that end we will spend some more time on those elements. The ROPE is ready for next week which will add to the pleasure as well. Don't know what that is? That's OK.....I like surprises. Next week we go at 5:30 pm TOC (top of climb) Pass the word. Good effort.
We Rollerskied with six skiers last week and plan again for tomorow. These have been good workouts. We included our 1st mini TT. Chris S. went faster than ever by riding my "bow wake" that thrust him forward on the wall of air being generated by my Herculean upper body. Being pushed by others is a good thing. See you at 8:00 am Saturday on the FRT at the FPBL.
