Last night was a little harder 42% and we saw some definite fatique late in the aerobic segment. It is important to keep it technically correct when tired. Good technique is a terrible thing to waste. There is snow, there is a holiday so be sure and get out there and enjoy. Temps are moderating by Sunday, it should be great.
