Last night was a little harder 42% and we saw some definite fatique late in the aerobic segment. It is important to keep it technically correct when tired. Good technique is a terrible thing to waste. There is snow, there is a holiday so be sure and get out there and enjoy. Temps are moderating by Sunday, it should be great. Kudos to Fred A. and Mellissa D. for the correct (and more) answer to the STC last week. 71-75-79 mm was correct but Fred corrected me by adding the not so popular 50, 50/12 and 75 to the answer. MD got her doctorate with her answer. We go again next Wed. the 29th. Till then....go ski. Merry Xmas.
