Hey sport fans, By now you should be feeling a little bit in the delts and quad. Yes it was a jump from the previous week (38%) but we needed to make it for real. (need...... not want)
Observations: Pole control is weaker when tired (surprise). The effort expended from the abs needs to be increased. It will require more breath control or specifically a greater outgassing as our engineer friends like to say. The response to exhaling is not just mechanical but also chemical as your body can fire off muscular contractions as a response to the change in the chemestry at a cellular level. I would explain it but I don't want to appear like a jeenyus or nothing. Four risers make it 40% harder not 25% as you would expect. Good effort and with luck the Virgin Mary will reappear on Melissa's tee shirt next. (The Shroud of Melissa?)
Make sure you cop a look at the photos from our last bound session. It mayhave been our last as there is snow forcasted for this weekend. I will post a GO/NOGO here Friday at5:00 pm. The snow is close by, see www.skinnyski.com for last minute updates. They are skiing the golf course at Peninsula and Lakewood (rock skis) with exellent conditions from Rhinelander north. I stepped onto the East river Wed. and there is two inches and I was told today that Shawno Lake has 4-5 inches. As always, never go deeper than your willing to fall in, but with a little snow we could be skiing on ice or more.
Jeff M and Google got the STC last week. You can hope for more rope as we meet next week. Go ski!
STC: What where the three sizes of 3 pin bindings (in mm)?
