Whew, what a night. First 30 folks showed up for bounding, we did 30 core reps and finally (Dubya TGS) eeked out a win over truth and freedom with an IQ of 30.....but hey..... I digress.  The good news is: We have achieved critical mass bounding, we will be stronger technically and physically and we will have someone to make fun of for four more years.

The group is looking better and better. We have entered the nuance stage. Most people are doing more right than wrong and are (and can start) refining their technique. We saw some good efforts and good comraderie last night.

It is still important to maintain control of your technique when tired. If you get anything from this (aside from tired) is the ability to go on autopilot when gassed and be confident about your technique but it starts here....and every workout!

The Junior Patrol looked impressive, of course tying my shoes without grunting is impressive to me. Well done this week, watch for snow and updates.

STC: Last week you all should have reconized John Caldwells quote from his pioneer work: Caldwell on Cross Country.

STC: What thing do the four leading actors in A White Christmas have in common? Juliet Prous, Danny Kaye, Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney.
