The MSI (Marks Soreness Index) is going down every week. I find it beneficial to workout again right away the next morning. There is some evidence that two hard workouts back to back and then some recovery time is good way to stimulate a longer stress phase . It is the stess your body endures that stimulates a ramping up of its fitness level. A recovery time is needed to ensure that the system does not overload and break down.
We all have our favorite workout but if you can do another within 12-15 hours and then recover you might see some stronger results. That is not always possible but if you do work for the government or are a Chiropractor you could think of it.
The FRT is leaf covered and there is rain forcast for Fri/Sat. Skiing there is very weather sensitive. I will EM something Friday by 4:00 pm.
Till Tue: 5:30 BCPY under the lights.
