Workout update: This Saturday, July 31st I will be out of town and unable to be at the FRT. Bryan Fish is coaching at a ski camp and Casey, UWGB star is doing a triathlon. To make matters worse the forcast is for possibly 90 degrees. I would encourage you to ski and seeing as we did a TT last week I was thinking a level 1-2 easy Skate. You have to be careful in those temps as overheating is a VERY real possiblity with rollerskiing what with lots of muscle groups being engaged and relativly low speeds. Wheel wear also increases exponentially as the surface heats up which can lead to blistered tires or delaminations. Hopefully Phil the Uberstallion can take the reins and lead on.

On Aug 7th (unless it is very hot) We will do our 1st Double TT of about 6km. Be prepared for that. Meanwhile if the heat continues it may be prudent to ski early or just go for a bike and get a little more airflow......and save your wheels. Remember to watch for tar strips as they especially deadly now. Be careful, have fun.

Future note: Only eight weeks to hill bounding oh boy!
