We met again, this time with 9 skiers. After a brief warmup we did a mini TT with most improving their times from the last session. Warmer temps and improved pole bite helps despite an increase in traffic and a fair amount of Apres Goose.

Next week we will have a SPECIAL workout sure to elicit a positive if not painful response from those who let down their strength training. It should warm and nice so be sure and bring a bottle and be there at 7:59am.
