Hello again,

It is Birkie Class time once again. With the gym gods putting off our securing a site till last week we are scrambling to get up and running. That said we will be spending a few minutes with signup and roster info on the 1st night. We will be having our normal ramp up workout with the real McCoy the very next week. Just show up and we will get rolling.

So here are the details:

6:45 pm Bellin Fitness East  215 North Webster Av. located between Main and Walnut. (the old Whitney school). Go to the SE doors and proceed to the 3rd floor and through the fitness center and DOWN to the gym. Gring H20 and dry clothes. There are lockerooms on the 3rd floor.
