BIRKE CLASS 2004 It is official. The class is on. After having trouble finding a location we are back "home" to our original site at the Bellin EAST (Whitney School) location. Located on North Webster Av. It is close to downtown and I-43 access at Webster. We are starting Wed. Dec. 3rd at 6:45 pm in the upper gym. There was NO available space on any other night. For newcomers to Bellin EAST you must enter through the SE corner doors and take the stairs (wimps take elevators) to the 3rd floor fitness center and then DOWN to the gym. Due the way the calender works X-mas eve and New Years falls on a Wed. I have tried to get the powers that be to change New Years and Christmas to other days but with no luck so far. We will try and schedule a alternate (snow) date for our lost days. As always you will need some basic items. Towel, H2O bottle, dry clothes and portable heart defibrillator. This is a pretty tough class. It is not for admitted sissies (closet sissies are ok). We start out kind of easy (?) but turn it up quickly. It pays not to miss too many. Because of space constraints we are going to limit the class to 35 folks. Any more would be cramped and as the camp cramp champ, trust me, you would not like it. Deb has our fall flyer going to press in the next day or two. It has sign up and lots of information in it so look for that.
