Practice week of 1/1/2007
Happy New Year everybody!
Monday 1-1 330 till 5 pm at ITP, easy distance and pickups/relays.
Skate RS.
Tuesday 335, Triangle hill “the PIT” for hill
bounding. 10 bounds and 10 walks. Plus bungis. Last hard work before the
race.
Wednesday, on your own, suggest you do an aerobic warmup
then strength, weights and or core, pull ups, push ups, box jumps, dips, squats
pull downs….
Thursday, classic technique on CAT skis, bring classic
boots and poles (Jojo bring your team poles) at Ashwaubomay at 335.
Friday wax at Putmans or Pliners or maybe Ashwaubenon if we
can get the equipment rearranged.
Sat warm up – race – cool down
Sun warm up - race and longer cool down to get about 1.5
hours total work.
