Practice week of 12/11
I project that we will have dryland conditions by Monday and
so the next weeks schedule is a dryland schedule. Subject to change at the last
minute unexpectedly and with no apparent basis! (check email at 10 pm and you
will have the scoop).
Sat and Sunday – on your own – Saturday am may
be one of those perfect times to ski. Sunny day and warm, Sunday early am just
as the thaw is starting may be fine to ski also. Otherwise, run or
rollerski when the roads clear up. Target time running etc.. 2
hours.
Monday – Skate RS at 335 at ITP. 40 minute DP
and SS with Bungis/core plus 20 minute no poles, bring a flasher and flashlight.
(assumes we have clear roads). December club meeting 7 pm Parkview.
Tuesday – 345 at Triangle hill. Hill bounding
from the pit. Strive for 25.
Wednesday – On you own, great day to do the run and
lift combo.
Thursday – Classic RS if you got em at ITP, hill
repeats, level 3. Wax for those on the way to Houghton
Friday – travel day
Saturday – Skate race, Houghton
Sunday, Classic race, Houghton.
If you are in town the plan is coach Nelson will lead
several practices, more on that later.
