At this point, except for the OD workouts everything is open
to the whole team because we can loop ski to stay together, the coaches will
manage group assignments to keep us together. Ski school will still occur to
focus on technique as noted.
Saturday 11-18 ITP 9 am, test day 3x 2.5 minute hill climb skate RS plus at least 3
more repeats on Jojo’s hill (new challenge!). skischool 1030am-1130am,.
Sunday 11-19 ITP, Training
group only 130 pm, 2 hour OD skate ski, Skischool at 330pm.
Monday – 11-20 335pm at ITP Skate RS easy distance
with pickups. 20 x 20sec pickups ½ uphill, ½ flat. Strength following. We
will split into groups if required.
Tuesday – 11-21 530 start till 7– hill bounding
at triangle hill. Every one seems pretty familiar with the bounds so we will
all start the same time.
Wednesday – on your own, good rest day.
Thursday – On your own, I want you to get an OD
workout in before you stuff yourself. 1.5 to 2 hours.
Friday - 11-24, 9 am -1100 , He-nis-rah park – back entrance – also known as McMansion(see
below for map) classic, catski, classic RS and double pole,
strength following.
Saturday – 11-25, ITP 900am-1039, skate RS, hill
repeats. No test but we will up the number. Skischool
at 1030.
Sunday - 11-26, ITP 130pm, Training group only 130 pm, 2 hour OD skate ski, Skischool at 330pm.
