Important notes:
Ski school is when the Coaches are
available to teach cross country skiing, ski technique and roller skiing.
These are on the weekends so we have light. Let the coaches know you if
you need equipment – the team has stuff to loan but we need to know you
need it!)
Bring a helmet!
dry top, warmups, water and a recovery snack to all your workouts!
If the coaches don’t show (sometimes
real life gets in the way), Captains lead the workout-follow the plan! –
Mel, Robyn, Brain and Daniel are our Captains this year.
Don’t
skip the workouts and expect to perform during the season, our dryland is
short, fitness is the key to winning ski racing – ask Mel if you are not
clear on this. Fitness win ski races.
