This week's schedule
12-3 On your own, some are doing Jingle bell. By the
way Shorewood Golf course was great skiing yesterday afternoon and we will
train there, on skis as much as we can next week. I will ski a couple of
hours there this morning about 9-11 am.
12-4 Ski trip to Valley Spur, leave at 7 am from Putman’s
see the December trips email.
12-5 Classic Rock ski at Shorewood GC (UWGB), 340 pm to 515.
Also Core and Bungis. Meet in the Clubhouse Parking Lot. Ski the
fairway close to the lodge if you get there early. Ski wax and Pickup
after school to ? at Mr. Kruegers room.
12-6 Skate Rock skis at Shorewood, (340 to 515) Fairway
pickup game. Fairway Hockey game, if you have a hockey stick, bring it.
Also Core and Bungis and jumps. Bring running shoes. Ski wax and pickup
after school to ?, Mr Kruegers room.
12-7 Team meeting (rest day) – Parkview commons,
need all to attend for our team business. Thanks. Mr. Krueger may
be available for skis/waxing before. Hopefully we can also take care of Brown County
trail passes also?
12-8 Skate Rock skis at Shorewood, Technique day.
V1, V2. (Wax skis for racers)
12-9 Travel
12-10 First race of the year! See separate email.
For you “in towners,” ski on your own at Shorewood (or your
favorite location) or do a run with poles.
12-11 Second race of the year! If you don’t race
find someone to ski with or do a run with poles.
Practice checklist:
Ski clothes
Boots, skis and poles of the day
Water for before and after
Running shoes
Bungi
Dry clothes (top) and a “good” snack for after.
